Enjoy Konyagi

Konyagi is an exceptionally smooth, Crystal-Clear Spirit, the locals refer to it as a compound drink. Enjoy Konyagi however you like it. In East Africa, Konyagi is most commonly served over ice with a splash of any mixer. Konyagi is an easy-drinking, smooth spirit with a hint of citrus. Konyagi represents the easy-going Spirit of Africa, however you choose to enjoy it.

Konyagi Cocktails

Maasai Mojito

  • 2 shots of Konyagi
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp of granulated sugar
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Soda water to taste

Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint as you go. Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice, add Konyagi, stir and top up with soda water.

Serengeti Sunset

  • 2 shots of Konyagi
  • Half soda, half cranberry juice
  • Squeeze of resh orange

Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint as you go. Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice, add Konyagi, stir and top up with soda water.

Spicy Zanzibar Iced Chai (Tea)

  • 2 shots of Konyagi
  • 1 Shot Blanco Tequila
  • 1 Shot triple sec
  • 1 finely sliced chilli (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Margarita salt (for glass rim)
  • Pineapple and lime slices

Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip in salt. In a cocktail shaker, add the Konyagi, tequila and a few slices of the chilli, using a muddler or spoon, lightly press the chilli slices to release some of the heat. Add pineapple juice, lime juice and triple sec. Shake and pour over ice, garnish with a slice of pineapple.
